I started my company to help people change their destiny. I help clients re-balance themselves using a holistic and/or integrated approach.
With the holistic approach of inter-connectedness, we are able to manage stress and recover from dis-ease while living in a state of harmony with our bodies and our world.
About Me:
I have been on a healing journey for over 13 years. While dealing with my own health challenges, and reconnecting with childhood trauma I came to realize that using an integrated approach to nurturing the body, mind and spirit is the most effective way to heal.
Eventually, in 2017, I left my 16+ year job as a Business Analyst/Software Tester to continue to learn and follow my true calling – to help people heal themselves and "Change their destiny"
In my practice, I use my own experience, education, insight and deep compassion. I meet each client where they are and create individualized solutions that are effective, practical and sustainable.
On my website, I have chosen to offer what I feel has helped me the most through my journey.
I truly believe that true happiness comes from learning about your true “inner-self” and where you come from.
We are all on a journey to find truth and happiness. My services are not a substitution for psychotherapy, I would love to share my learning with you.
